NOTICE: ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

All Members of Narooma School of Arts & Soldiers’ War Memorial Hall Inc. (NSoA) are invited to the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

TUESDAY 9 APRIL at 6.00pm

at the NSoA Studios

President Jenni Bourke will present a full report for 2023 and update on the Narooma Arts Centre project. The audited financial reports for 2023 will be tabled for approval. We will elect a new committee and subcommittees.

All members are invited. You must be a full financial member to vote. Pay here

Should you wish to nominate yourself or someone else, you must be a full financial member at the time of nomination. The form needs to be signed by both the person nominating and the nominated person. If all nominated positions are not finalised beforehand, nominations will be taken from the floor at the AGM.

The nomination forms are due to the Secretary by Tuesday 2 April 2024 by 6pm. You can email them to info@naroomaschoolofarts.com.au or put them into the black box inside the Studios.



Management Committee

 

The Narooma School of Arts & Soldiers’ War Memorial Hall Inc is a not-for-profit incorporated association with its management undertaken by a volunteer Management Committee working to the objectives of its constitution. The Committee meets monthly and convenes the AGM each year in March.  Where required the Committee appoints working groups dedicated to specific activities of the association.

Gallery & Studio Management

Sub Committee

The group administers bookings, enquiries, fees, promotion and maintenance. It aims to build diversity showcasing creativity at all levels through the gallery and workshop programs and encourages artists of all disciplines to utililse the facilities.

Communications and Marketing

Sub Committee

Administers the website, Instagram and Facebook accounts. It liaises with the other committees and undertakes the current promotion of the activities of the organisation.

NACC Steering Group

The NACC Steering Group was appointed by the School of Arts management committee specifically to address issues on its behalf relating to the NACC Project. All members of the Steering Group have skills and experience relevant to this task.
